Preparing a snack machine for shipping

• Empty every spiral and remove all product so nothing shifts and jams the coils in transit.
• Pull the coins from the changer and the bills from the validator and cash box.
• Secure the spiral trays so they cannot slide forward, and tape or tie loose price labels and shelf parts.
• Lock the door and keep the keys with you or tape them inside an envelope we hand to the receiver.
• Measure the doorways, hallways and elevators at the delivery site and tell us about any steps.

How we pack and load it

Every machine is blanket wrapped with corner protection over the glass, then stretch wrapped so the blankets stay put. For freight lanes and consolidated loads we palletize the machine and strap it to the pallet so it rides as one unit. It is loaded on a liftgate truck and strapped upright against the wall of the trailer, never stacked and never laid down.

Delivery, insurance and long-distance lanes

At the destination we bring the machine off the liftgate and inside the building, through halls and elevators, to the spot you choose. We level it so the door seals and the spirals turn cleanly. Moves are fully insured, and we run local trips, long-distance lanes across the country, and international export and import freight.
