Preparing a coffee machine for shipping

• Remove all cups, lids, stirrers and product, and empty the bean hopper and powder canisters.
• Drain the water tank and boiler following the manufacturer's procedure, and empty the waste bin and drip tray.
• Disconnect the water line if the machine is plumbed in, and cap the fitting.
• Remove the coins and bills, and secure or tape any canisters and doors that can swing open.
• Take a photo of the setup and connections so your technician can reconnect it quickly.

Packing and loading

We blanket wrap and stretch wrap the cabinet, add extra padding over the touchscreen or selection panel, and palletize the machine for freight lanes. It rides upright and strapped. Countertop units are packed separately so they cannot shift, and loose parts travel in a labeled box with the machine.

Delivery, insurance and setup

Liftgate trucks handle sites without a dock, and inside delivery takes the machine through halls and elevators to the spot you choose. We set it level so it is ready for your technician to reconnect water and power and run the first brew cycle. Moves are fully insured, local, nationwide or international.
