Pricing Guide

What Affects Vending Machine Shipping Cost

There is no single price for shipping a vending machine. Each move is quoted individually from a few details you can usually give us up front. Here is what changes the price, and what to send for a fast, accurate quote.

Distance and route

A move across town is usually a dedicated local trip. Long-distance moves depend on the miles between pickup and delivery and on the lane: busy routes between major cities often have other machines heading the same way, so your machine can share a truck. Remote pickups or deliveries off the main lanes take more planning. International shipments add export crating, customs paperwork and port or airport handling.

Weight, size and machine type

A snack machine, a refrigerated drink or combo machine, a coffee unit and an ATM with a built-in safe all weigh and handle differently. Heavier and taller machines can need a larger crew, a bigger liftgate or extra equipment. Refrigerated machines must ride upright, and glass fronts, screens and cameras need more protection. Sending the make and model or the dimensions is the fastest way to an accurate number.

Number of machines

Moving several machines at once is planned as one project. Grouping pickups into a single run and delivering to one site or a short list of sites is more efficient than booking each machine separately. Route and fleet relocations can also include storage and staged delivery when the new locations are not ready.

Liftgate, inside delivery and access

  • Liftgate service for sites without a loading dock.
  • Inside delivery to the room you choose, instead of curbside or dock drop-off.
  • Stairs, long carries, tight turns and elevators at either end.
  • Building rules such as dock hours, certificates of insurance or escort requirements.
  • Placement and leveling once the machine is in position.

Timing

Flexible dates give us the most room to fit your machine onto a truck already running your lane. Firm dates, rush moves, and after-hours or weekend windows are all possible, since we are available 24/7, but they can change how the move is scheduled and priced. Storage between pickup and delivery is quoted separately when you need it.

How to get an accurate quote

  • Pickup and delivery ZIP codes, and whether the move is domestic or international.
  • The machine type, make and model, or its dimensions and weight.
  • Photos of the machine and the route in and out, including stairs and doorways.
  • Whether you need a liftgate, inside delivery, or storage.
  • Your requested pickup date and any time windows at either end.

Vending machine shipping cost FAQ

Why can't you give a flat price online?
Every move is different. Distance, machine type, access at each end and timing all change the work, so each move is quoted individually once we have the details.
Is it cheaper to ship several machines together?
Planning several machines as one move is usually more efficient than booking each one separately, because pickups and deliveries can be grouped.
Is insurance included?
Yes. Our moves are fully insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance if your building requires one.
How do I get a quote?
Call (866) 216-7742, any time, 24/7, or use the quote form with your ZIP codes, machine type, dimensions or photos and preferred date.
